With a Building Surveyor background, Matt has accumulated a wealth of experience successfully growing and managing a short-stay business with a portfolio exceeding fifty properties. As head of SDM’s Property department, Matt also oversees the business's financial operations.

Sharon is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive career exceeding thirty years within the health and social care industry. In her previous role, Sharon demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing a portfolio of 52 care homes, overseeing compliance, and upholding rigorous standards of care.
With her wealth of experience, Sharon drives a critical responsibility, directing the oversight of care service delivery and compliance across our homes to elevate our care services to unprecedented levels of excellence.
